STUDENT DEGREE PLAN

  • Instructions

      1. Select appropriate 'Start Term', 'MSW Track' and 'Student Type' in the next tab to view corresponding degree plan.
      2. Watch the corresponding video for further details regarding courses and study track.
      3. Sign and submit the degree plan. Download, print or email a copy of your submission to request course permits for future semesters.

        NOTE: To keep up with you degree plan and GPA during your course of study, log in to DegreeWorks through myLEO. Remember, any deviation from the degree plan may result in delayed graduation since all courses are not offered every semester.

      4. Be aware, completing this degree plan doesn't translate to being registered. After you submit this form with the degree plan selected, the MSW Program Advisor will review your degree plan and send you an email with course permits to register for classes. 
      5. Kindly contact the MSW Administrative Assistant or the MSW Program Advisor in case of any concerns/ clarifications.
