• TSI CROSS INSTITUTIONAL REPORTING (CIR) - SCORE REQUEST FORM

  • This form is for students who have previously taken the TSI Assessment at another Texas institution and would like to grant Texas A&M University-Commerce permission to access these scores.

    Our office cannot accept test scores from students via email and/or in person unless they are on an official transcript or in a sealed envelope from the testing institution. 

    If you attempted or completed your TSI Assessment at a single location multiple times, we will locate and update all of your test attempts from that location.

    If you attempted or completed the TSI Assessment at more than one location, you will need to complete a separate form for each location at which you tested. Our office must have separate authorization to look up your scores from each of your testing locations.

  • PLEASE NOTE: THE NAME THAT YOU SELECT MUST MATCH EXACTLY WHAT APPEARS ON YOUR TSI SCORE REPORT UNDER "SITE NAME."

  • Your TSI scores are linked with the institution that proctored/administered the TSI exam for you. Your scores are not necessarily linked to the physical location at which you tested.

    If you tested for the TSI as part of a dual credit or early admissions program, please be aware that testing at your high school does not necessarily mean that your high school administered the exam. Often, the college or university that your school is partnered with for their dual credit program will proctor the TSI at your high school, so your scores will be linked with their institution.

    If you participated in an early admissions or dual credit program, please use the drop down box above to select "Other" and in the fillable box below, please enter the name of your High School, your School District Name, AND the college/university that you took college level classes with. This will give us a greater chance of locating your scores.
