      • Complete this form carefully and completely. Inaccurate or incomplete submissions could prevent or delay processing. Upon submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation email indicating receipt. 
      • You can review our SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) Standards here.
      • The wait time for an appeal to be reviewed is 2 - 3 weeks. During high peak times processing could take 3 - 4 weeks. Please note, we will begin reviewing Fall submissions after the Summer Appeals final deadline. For more information on appeal deadlines, please refer to our website.
      • You are encouraged to reach out to a Financial Aid Advisor prior to submitting an appeal. You can contact our Office at FAO.Web@tamuc.edu.
      • If your appeal for the current term is not successful, you may have the opportunity to appeal again in your next term of attendance.
      • If you are an international student appealing for your scholarship, you will need to submit a Scholarship Appeal Form.

      • Please note that a personal statement is NOT acceptable documentation.
      • Please note that all professional letters must be dated, on official company letterhead, with a "wet" signature (a physical paper document signed with a pen).
      • Please note that any personal medical information must be redacted ("blacked-out").
      • Please note that not including supporting documentation with your appeal submission may result in a rejected appeal.

      Medical documentation cannot contain personal medical information subject to HIPAA (diagnosis, treatment, medications, or procedures).
